It is a simple matter to add your new email account to Outlook or other email application. These instructions are specific to Outlook, but contain information for other applications as well. The sample screens use the domain manskerconsulting.com.

Some ISP providers (yahoo, Earthlink, etc.) will require you to change your SMTP Port to 26.OUTLOOK SETUP DETAILSThere are many versions of Outlook Express and Outlook so some screens may differ slightly.
Open OutlookClick on: TOOLS / E-MAIL ACCOUNTS / ADD a new e-mail account
Select POP3
Click NEXTComplete the fields and then click MORE SETTINGSYour Name: Whatever name you want others to see when they receive your email.
E-mail Address: Your complete email address.
User Name: Your complete email address
Password: Your email password
Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.yourdomain.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com
Select MORE SETTINGSSelect OUTGOING SERVERSelect My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication
Select ADVANCEDChange Outgoing server (SMTP): to 26
Click OK.Click Test Account SettingsIf everything checks OK, you are done. If there is an error, Carefully walk through the instructions again.
