While traveling you may not have Outlook or your computer. You can easily pick up and send email from your account using any web browser.
Go to:
http://yourdomain.com/webmailand log in using your email user and password.
Remember, your user is the full email address like:
andy@manskerconsulting.com.
After entering, select HORDE. Squirrel Mail and RoundCube work fine also. These are just three different programs to achieve the same purpose.

EASIER TO DELETE EMAILS
Typically you don't delete emails from Horde or your desktop/work computer will never download them. When you DO delete, it is much easier if you change the setting:
Options / Mail / Deleting & Moving Messages /
TURN ON: When deleting messages, move them to your Trash folder
