FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is used to move large files UP to the server and DOWN to your computer since Emails can only send files sized up to 2mb to 10mb.
1.) download and install this free FTP program - CoreFTP LE:
http://www.download.com/Core-FTP-LE/3000-2160_4-10195752.html 2.) After installation, open the program and you should see the Site Manager. If not, open it from the menu and enter information found in your email.

Click: CONNECT
3.) The LEFT window you see is your local computer. Click around until you locate the files you want to upload.
4.) The RIGHT window is your server folder. PLEASE create a folder for each upload with a useful name including date like:
banner_photos_011507 or your Company Name
Note the folder icon on top. Click through folders as needed.
5.) Select files from the LEFT window by clicking.
6.) Over the LEFT window see Blue Arrow icon pointing to the right. Click to upload files. Or, just drag and drop.
